To minimize cancellations, reversals, or conflicts, every project begins with the preparation of a scope of work document and a comprehensive discovery/analysis. This ensures that all stakeholders are aware of the project's needs. Due to the time and energy required to finish any assignment, labor that has already been completed will not be reimbursed.
If both parties decide to stop the contract at the same time, all finished work belongs to the customer, and any money paid for further work is lost. There are no reimbursements for initial expenses or deposits. There won't be any money exchanged after the project development phase starts and the customer accepts the mock-up illustrations.
Refunds based on percentage are not available for project stages that are currently underway. Our marketing team's special occasion services are not refundable, and these deals have a time limit.
The refunds will appear in the client's account in 5-7 days if they are approved under specific guidelines.
Cancellation
Stratustech Solution upholds an unambiguous and simple cancellation policy, which is described as follows:
Requests for cancellations must be sent to our billing department or account manager, and the cancellation won't go into effect until departmental permission is received.
Only requests for cancellation made within 12 hours of placing the purchase and prior to the start of the project's execution will be taken into account. The provision of services by third parties, such as hosting, web development, content writing, etc., is not the responsibility of Stratustech Solution.
Packages for web and app services are non-refundable, however cancellations may be requested in writing up to thirty days prior to the scheduled start date. If a deposit or payment is not repaid or is not claimed for more than thirty days, there will be no compensation.
